Don´t be afraid, I didn´t fall into the middle of The Shining!
This is just Ingo cooking - can be scary at times 😉
An idea already?
And we have...
Made 4 meals and no, we had no side dish.
Bare with me - I cannot paint the Australian Outback Sky - it is so beautiful, unpolluted, wonderful, so all I give you is... a try of the flag...
My Brother, who is also a goldsmith, once made the Southern Cross (right side of the "flag") for me.
He went into the cellar to polish it (the machine had no place in the shop). I saw it flying away!!!
He, Mum and I were on all four, hands and knees... it was gone. I never got to wear it on a necklace.
I held it in my hand shortly and... gone. It was fragile. No one but Ingo, Aussies and fans and I would´ve recognized what this is.
Actually it was even "ugly"!

Yippeeee, this is what I JUST found in Outlook:
He wrote "Hi you two" and even gave a "huge" thank you.
Boy, it´s too cold for sparkling wine (and too early 😉)
Addendum: Proofreader sent a link and I can officially present:
You can read all the amazing gadgets she has here (just use Deepl or such).
Tomorrow she will present herself in Frankfurt and from December 12th you can ride her! Yippeeee! (still a lot to deliver, this was a compromise)

Nice art for the theme and delicious food!
Thank you :-)
Ha ha. I love that cooking lesson you shared today with Ingo. What a face. And your southern cross story reminds me of life in general. It's so short and fragile and easy to lose it. Sorry for this last bit...I almost lost my diamond in a ring once. WE swept the floor carefully and went through the dust...like archeologists, and we found it. Too bad you never found the cross. I hope your week is going well. hugs-Erika
...I would never mess with the cook!
Erika, I once lost a diamond in the football stadion!!! And I found it shortly before the sun set! It was a pressie from my late Dad and it was as if he helped me. Hugs for that, huh...

Tom, at least he had no knife (or axe) in his hand...
Ironically, when I saw Christine's Dippers, I thought of the Southern Cross. Now I'm singing that song, You created a great view of Australia. And a southern cross, too. Nice Cordon Bleu.
Congrats on your new baby. You made the deadline!
Thank you, oh so sad the cross is gone!
Yes, the food was yummy and yippee for the tram!
Ingo is such a cool guy and I would eat that meal any time. It really looks good. Congratulation on your good work. Have a great day, Iris.
Thank you, Nicole :-) Have a great day, too!
The cook knows best.
The food looks great. Now you have me hungry again.
I love Ingo's "Hi, honey. I'm home face." 🤣 The Schnitzel Cordon Bleu looks so good! Congratulations on delivering your tram. Love that color. Hallo, Panto!
A frying pan can be a formidable weapon! Did you ever see the childrens movie "Tangled"? It's a lot of fun if you haven't seen it.
Yummy schnitzel! Good on you for the tram!
The tram is beautiful!
I have never seen a small pan used like that. I have some myself and use them for frying something very small, like maybe just one egg, but mostly I use a bigger one. I haven't made cordon bleu schnitzel in years! Probably decades. I must remember to do that next time, instead of the plain ones. They look delicious :)
Bill, he sure does :-)

RedPat, sorry for that ;-)

Carola, was ist das Leben ohne solchen Blödsinn? ;-)

CJ, yes, we had (yummy) fun!
Oh, yes we were all soooo relieved when we saw theh signatures!
Panto and tram say hello back!

Spare Parts and Pics, "Tangles" I my eyes open, thank you!

magiceye, yes to both!

River, yes, she is beautiful and I would so love to take a ride.
Yes, I use the pan for exactly that, too.
Good yum with your cordon blue then :-)
Very funny, fun series!
Thank you :-)
Iris, I hope with that praise you'll stop worrying about losing your job! They seem to love you! And appreciate you.
I hope you get to go to Australia again soon.
Schnitzel Cordon Bleu looks good.
All the best Jan
The Schnitzel Cordon Bleu looks fabulous ... am I supposed to know what is in it? I know I would love the recipe, but don't see it in the post ... hmmmm :(
I can only imagine how beautiful the Outback sky would be ... in fact I have seen it in Australian movies I have watched. That's as close as I can get to any star filled sky, sadly. I live near a big city and the light pollution wipes out all of the stars.
I can't believe you couldn't find your "Southern Cross". If you saw it flying, it had to land somewhere. Somebody, some day with find it. So, it was ugly? You are a hoot :) I must have missed something in the past as I don't know anything about the Tram ... your Tram? I am a bit confused. If you find the time, maybe you could fill me in. In the meantime ... Hope you are enjoying the Season to be Jolly ... Christmas and New Years are coming and it is a time to celebrate with family. Hope you are all well, Iris ...

Oooh yum yum Schnitzel!!!! Ingo had me really laughing...that's a great shot and I love that you mentioned The Shining...all I can think of is crazy old Jack Nicholson saying "Wendy? Darling? Light, of my life. I'm not gonna hurt ya." LOL...your flag is lovely!!
