In hopes for a summer (it is WAY too cold right now) I join Rain´s Thursday Art and Dinner Date: Berries.
Wish us luck!
Other for dinner I had something pretty simple, yet yummy:
Put an egg in a bowl, step outside on the balcony, get some fresh chives, cut, get salt, pepper, mix, toast a slice of bread, grab a slice of cheese, et voilà. Yum.

I had toasted cheese for lunch but melted inside the toasted sandwich, no egg. I almost never eat just berries, I always have some yoghurt or something with them.
Hmmm, yours sounds much yummier! How do you do "inside"?

Two slices of bread with cheese slices, like a sandwich but spread the butter on the outsides and fry in a frypan, flip with two spatulas to be sure the top bread slice doesn't slide off while turning. It's tricky the first couple of times and easy after you get the hang of it. We make them like this since childhood.
That sounds tricky indeed! Butter on the outside... never heard of that! And really. I took Vegemite home from the Indian Pacific - and liked it! Darn... could´ve tried earlier and taken some home from Woolies or such!
