I´d like to bend the meme a bit, if that´s OK... But I was all in awe about this Sign Of A Creative Mind, look:
Wouldn´t you treasure this, from the idea to the outcome?
Here is another:
...of Brotherhood. They speak more or less the same language with different accents - they have family in both places and if media wasn´t so false in Russia... This woman is not dumb and no one goes against her because deep down "the Russians" feel the same.
How I know?
From a Ukrainian customer and from friend fK who learned Russian in former GDR and can easily translate Ukrainian for me.
This is for Tom´s Signs2... To peace...
The internet-series:
(I´ve
learned that some of you think these are my words, my opinion, but it
is from the internet and I think it´s interesting. so I share.

"33 retro dishes that are rarely served today
Simple but delicious! Peach Melba, a mix of peach pieces, ice cream and tart raspberry sauce, was created in London's Savoy Hotel at the end of the 19th century and was extremely popular all over the world in the 20th century. Today, the sundae is much less common on dessert menus. But thanks to its versatile flavors and bright colors, a comeback cannot be ruled out."
Sounds too sweet - something for you?

I'm glad you shared both signs. Both are wonderful!!!, thank you. And about the Peach Melba, again I know the name, but never had it and that's strange.
Love the mural of Henry making his bid for peace!
Yes, would I love to have that vase... and be so brave. I never had that drink, either...
Yes, everybody does, I think?
from pencils to vase, that's amazing! I like the woman bravely riding in Ukraine colours too. I have never had peach melba, though when I was very young we often had canned peaches with vanilla ice cream for dessert on Sundays in summer.
Yes, cool vase, huh? Wish more Russians would brave up...
I never have had that drink, either...
I remember Peach Melba, have had the peaches and ice-cream but not with the raspberry sauce. Brave woman wearing the Ukraine colours in Russia. To peace ! Nice signs Iris
Thank you, Sami, wish there were more brave people like her...
..Iris, thanks for sharing this wonderful post. I wish you a beautiful summer day.
Good post Iris, the peach melba looks refreshing-we have high 90's F all week ugh
I've seen those pencil creations before. Amazing! I like the silent protests.
Thank you, Tom. 62F, though...
Lucky you, Kathy, here it´s too cold still.
Yes, wish more would protest...
I just love this post, Iris. Love that vase made from pencils. Love Ukraine, too. My house cleaner was from Ukraine and worked for me for over a year. She moved to Ohio in June. She didn't understand English, so I had to text her, and she translated it into Russian. It was very inconvenient for me, but she was an excellent cleaner, very meticulous and thorough and always on time for work. I gave her 5 stars out of 5. My current cleaners are not as good as her.
Go Team Human
Cheers
That is a brave woman, Iris.
Wow on his creativity!
I´m astonished she didn´t speak English! The ones working here usually speak English and German... Sorry you second cleaner is not that good... Yes, oh, that vase...
YES to that! Cheers
Yes, RedPat, wish there were more like her!
Yes, I had to share!
The vase made out of pencils is stunning.
Oh, that vase! Incredible. What an artist he is. And that woman, a quiet hero.
I would love some peach melba, I think. I have everything except the ice cream on hand. Maybe I will try it soon!
I remember Peach Melba ...perhaps I'll have it again soon :)

We need more such brave people, Linda! Oh, I just hope for peace...
It isn't a drink, you eat it with a spoon.
Oh. Well, it´s sweet, right? So... unlikely I give it a go ;-)
Wow, that would´ve been some surprise...
Peach melba! Wow -- looks marvelous.
Well, a comeback maybe? To Cork-Poppers?
This is a great post. I love that pencil vase. How clever. There are so many ways to RESIT. Good for her.
