AI says: "Banksy's 'Rubber Ducky' (or 'Duck and Shark') uses the innocent image of a child's bath toy with a hidden shark fin to critique consumerism, the corruption of innocence, and threats to childhood in a commercialized world."
Euclid, a Greek mathematician from Alexandria, is considered today to be the 'father of geometry', and many of his theorems are still used today."
Amazing, isn´t it? Sooooo long ago and in use still.

The rubber duck and the shark... I like them. But I love Henry this time!
A very quirky mural :) I like Henry too, very colourful indeed. Thanks for participating in Monday Murals Iris.

With a serious background, too!
...yes Iris, it is a colorful world and enjoy it.
I do, Tom :-)
Henry looks happily colourful!
Best wishes with the dentist!
It Is A Colorful World
Big Hugs ,
Cheers
Love the rubber duck and shark, Iris.
Good luck at the dentist.
I would just say that the shark would by pass the toy duck and search for other prey. Nothing more to it. Haha. By the way, Iris, enjoy your pizza on your birthday. Next time, order a Hawaiian pizza, which includes pineapple, ok?
Thank you and all went well!
It happily is - cheers! And big hugs.
Thank you, RedPat - was under a minute!
The Pizza sadly didn´t arrive, I´ll try tomorrow. And Ingo makes great Toast Hawaii :-)
I really like the duck and the shark. Henry looks amazing. Have a great day today.
Dear friend Iris, I like the rubber duck as well as the second one, but Henry wins hands down for me today! What gorgeous colours!
Sending you much love and warm hugs.
Is that a shark coming for the rubber duck? I can hear the bit and the air deflating the duck. OH NO! Hope it was a super Monday. hugs-Erika
I opened your blog and suddenly heard kookaburras in my trees! I rushed outside but couldn't see them. I remember very well that one day when I "suddenly" understood what the maths teacher was talking about during a geometry lesson and was able to answer the questions correctly. From then on geometry was easy, though I have forgotten most of it now.
Thank you, yes a scary mural... to a great day anyways.
Dear friend Linda, thank you, Henry feels honored :-) Warm hugs and much love to you, too.
Yes, I think that´s what Banksy wanted to show - innocence of childhood going down the drain. It was a good Monday, other than my Pizza wasn´t delivered... buhuu... Hugs ... anyways ;-)
Awwww, Kookaburras hopefully soon, too at the park!
I was 100% sure I understood geometry. Teacher let me fail through the test. These days I would have it re-checked! But then... never needed it in real life, geometry...
