FFO - Fly To Mexico (Or Perth)

Let me start with something serious that was also in TV-news yesterday, they arrived:

Now for some other faces:

Atm I don´t have the nerve to sketch so these are the faces I join Nicole´s FFO with.
Funny side story: My Brother is a little crazy. He really left me alone with Niece when she was 3 years old.
I don´t have kids and hence no experience and didn´t know what to do. She wanted to play.
So we played we fly  to Perth. And when I said it´s a very long, boring flight she put herself to bed and fell asleep. At first she only pretended but then, LOL.

Now some funnies:

With this, if a tad late:

If you´re not into Supernatural: Salt keeps bad away.

The new internet series

"These mathematicians changed the world

Anaxagoras (500–428 BC)

Anaxagoras was a mathematician and astronomer who was able to explain the exact cause of solar eclipses. He also attempted to explain rainbows and meteors."

 Have a funny Friday!

I hadn't heard that about the troops going to Greenland yet, though I did hear Germany would support Denmark. I'm glad.

...what disgrace this Greenland mess has become.

My name is Erika. said...

Oh Picard is right. And I won't go off on politics, but I hope the whole world supports Denmark and Greenland. There is no need to Mr. Loony-Tunes to make it part of the US. It's quite upsetting that he even thinks that. Have a super Friday. hugs-Erika

Picard wins today, Iris.

Happy Friday Iris! love all your funnies. I am so worried about politics and what is happening with the world leaders. They are mess makers. I hope you are well and I wish you a lovely Friday and a wonderful weekend. Much love and good health.

Hello,
I have heard about the troops going to Greenland, it is sad they have to do that to feel safe. Take care, have a great day and happy weekend!

Iris Flavia said...

It´s a sad, sick world...

Iris Flavia said...

.. because of man man...

Iris Flavia said...

Yes to all that - I hope that ALL ends soon. And we all can live in peace and freedom and work together, hugs.

Iris Flavia said...

Yips, and still funny.

Iris Flavia said...

Yes to both...

Iris Flavia said...

Hehe, RedPat, he sure does.

Sad first. Yes, the "thing" in the white house is gearing up for WW3. He wants to be dictator of the world. I will be posting tomorrow what he is doing here in the states. Now for the fun stuff. That teacher needs to be rewarded for this. Just excellent. I love your funnies and Ingo's breakfast. Thank you for sharing with FFO and have a great weekend.

I heard about Norway, Sweden, and Germany sending troops. I also hear Germany sent some naval vessels and parked them off the coast of Greenland.

David and I listened to the video regarding troops being sent to Greenland and cheered. As for that kid not wanting to visit North Korea, he is wise.

Flying to Mexico sounds good right now!

That's a cute story about your niece. The Golden Girls are hilarious!

Iris Flavia said...

Thank you Maria, yes, we live in a scary world - the more we need some fun, I think. To a great Friday and weekend - and love and especially good health - I´m getting better...

Iris Flavia said...

Thank you, Kathy, to some happiness!

Iris Flavia said...

Yes, so wish this comes to an end soon. Let´s try to focus on a happy weekend.

Hopping over tomorrow. I hope others can stop him. And Putin. Yes, super-teacher, huh! Toast Hawaii was invented in the 1950´s when people dreamed of Hawaii, but certainly didn´t have the money. To a great weekend!

Iris Flavia said...

We all need to stick together as in "we" as countries.

Iris Flavia said...

It is so sad... Peace and freedom, please.

Iris Flavia said...

Also an alternative!

Iris Flavia said...

Yes, it was sweet and safe - I would not have known what to do in trantrum-case (had that once with her and she was so loud, Bro came to help - well, she turns 16 in August! Time flies...).
Love the Golden Girls.

That idiot is going to cross a line and cause the world to explode. I want everyone I know to know that I did not vote for him!!! And, like everyone else in this country, we are all holding our breath praying someone gets rid of him before he does cause WWIII. Even the people who voted for him are wishing he was gone. I keep wondering what they were thinking when they voted for him in the first place.
Meanwhile I am enjoying the humorous break you provide in your post and I am impressed with the teacher who took her kids on an imaginary trip to Mexico. What cleverness and how awesome for those kids. And alas ... Baby Henry is adorable :)

I am horrified by Trump's determination to seize Greenland. Please know that the vast majority of Americans do not support this. I enjoyed all your funnies. Happy weekend, Iris! ❤️

I wish it was as simple as sprinkling salt to keep 2026 safe. Dean sure does like to eat! I loved the Golden Girls but the theme song annoyed me when I watched too many episodes in one sitting. Love Baby Yoda in pink.
The kids on a plane was great! and then they got to get on a real plane and see the airport.
I don't wish for war, but I am glad Germany, Sweden and Norway have all sent troops to save Greenland from Trump. He seems to be treating this as "it's my toy and I want it now!" Like a big baby.

Iris Flavia said...

Yes to both! It is scary and I wonder what is where other people have a brain and a heart. To hope and to imagination and laughing.

Iris Flavia said...

Clever people who do these jokes and the baby is cute indeed.

Iris Flavia said...

Dear friend Linda, you´re very welcome, we all need laughs! Warm hugs and much love to you 😘

Iris Flavia said...

Salt we´d have enough in the house... And yes, Dean has a huge mouth, too, LOL. When I binge-watched I always skipped the song, too. Yes - such a great teacher and airport team for real then!
Like a baby, I agree, it is unbelievable.

Iris Flavia said...

I wonder no one can stop him, or Putin for that matter. Or Kim or... so many maniacs with so much power... Glad we still cab laugh. To a happy weekend!

I love the story of the imaginary flight. Children's imagination is enormous. What an amazing teacher.
You had me giggling with your funnies. One brave thing! And the Golden girls had me in stitches! Talking about farts!
I didn't 'get' the one with the salt. It keeps the slugs away in the garden, but that still doesn't make sense...
I can't believe the news about Greenland. Mr Orangeface is like a child who wants another child's toy.
Have a lovely (rest of the )weekend,
Lisca

Iris Flavia said...

Yes, the teacher and the flight crew for real did a great job. Oh, farts!
Well, in Supernatural all you surround by salt is safe from monsters, devils etc. All orange text is links that can show you what it means. Orange is a .. I have no words, but let´s have a great weekend!

Iris Flavia said...

Ja, ich bin gespannt, was wird - erdroht ja immernoch!
Dann mach doch mal wieder Toast Hawaii :-)
