This is why I don´t like fireworks - poor lille fella... but beautiful new friendships.
This is for...

Hello,
Poor raccoon must have been scared to death. I would keep my windows closed. I did not hear many fireworks here, I thankful for that. I was sleeping. The Henry and cub image is cute. Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Take care, have a great weekend. PS, thank you for leaving me a comment.
Hello Eileen, I sleep with ear-protection. Just a few minutes ago: Firecracker. When will this stop, I wonder - what idiots moved in there?
I get why the raccoon was freaked. Lizzie spends July 4 hidden in the linen closet. I wish I could join her.
Good morning Iris
Wild animals like racoons can be tempting as subjects for domestication, but they don’t really adapt to the life that humans would like them to have indoors. This film suggests that the baby was left to its more natural life, which is better for it and for the inside of the house — when they get big they can also be destructive and even nasty.
I don´t understand why not just one is enough... Reckon for small kids it´s as scary...
Good morning back, Kathy
Raccoons are amazing. My dog looks a bit like one.
Best regards, and I invite you to see my new painting :)
I agree - and in that video it seems they only visit once a week...
Yes, they are cute! Hopping over.
Cute video but they are wild animals. -Christine cmlk79.blogspot.com
...yes Iris, "all stay good now!"
That poor raccoon. I think fireworks must scare lots of animals since they don't really know what they are. Mr. Pete is pretty afraid of them too, but not as afraid as our last dog Harely was. Poor Harl needed sedatives when we knew they'd be fireworks, or even thunder. Happy Saturday. hugs-Erika
I love the pic of Henry and baby Henry, Iris.
Hello Iris ;)
That poor little racoon must have been so scared. Fantastic photo of Henry with the tiny cub.
Thanks for the smiles.
Enjoy your weekend
Sonjia
I agree!
Yips, a weekly TV-visit, Tom... for a while.
Also small kids might get pretty scared. Costs money and wee... Ingo saw an LED-Show in Perth - bet in some years that will hopefully be the rule - silent, no pollution, no scare - let´s hope for that, happy Weekend, hugs
Soothing, is it, RedPat!
Sonjia, yes, we still hear those crackers here. At least it ended in a friendship! To a good weekend!
Awww poor raccoon. Henry looks so cute. Have a nice day.
Yes, poor animals out there in those times. Mama took care of Baby Henry.
The raccoons are cute but there is no way I would be installing a doggy door and letting them in the house. Henry and his baby are very sweet.
I understand basic math, but higher math is alien to me. I'm happy just being able to balance my budget and stay out of debt.
More Math Less Humans - Yahooooo000000
Cheers
You cannot control a doggy door, no way I´d do that, either. Well, either Henry lost his hair or it´s his wife ;-)
Math was not my friend, either, but I have a friend who was in Math-Olympics in former GDR and won 2nd at least twice. Then the wall fell...
I´d be on the less-side... and right now I´d be happy to be.... Cheers. Life sucks.
That video is adorable. Well done you for taking care of the poor little thing. So cute, and I'm very jealous you get to have them in your garden and on your sofa.
Poor baby. I think personally fireworks should be banned everywhere, too many silly people aorund.
Poor raccoon! Dear friend Iris, the last photo with Henry's wife and cub is adorable! Warm hugs and much love to you!
Nah, that wasn´t me, this is from Facebook - But yay for the person who did!
I so agree!! Use the money for something good to start the New Year...
Yes, poor wee one... Dear friend Linda, warm hugs and much love are on the way!
