Real Books, Eh?

“Give every day the chance to become the most beautiful day of your life.” ― Mark Twain .
(We certainly only got this in German)

See how full of books (and, admitted) stuff this row of the shelf is?

Totally, huh?
All three were like this, but I told myself: So many wonderful books you´ll never read again anyways - so I brought and bring heaps and heaps to the public bookcase for students to enjoy.
Well, "enjoy" ;-)
All are nonfiction. Well, all except of the German version of Bicentennial Man, that is.

Anyhows, this is what I found the other day:

Seems to be new magazines, too. Found a second window with this and here:

Guess someone meant well to leave the stuff for others and doesn´t know of the public booth?

I love my kindle, but some books must be real books, no?
Paper.
Pictures.

Especially when it comes to the place you love and live in, right?

Plus some favs that kinda make me happy just seeing and remembering them, can you relate?

And yes. I do have a book on Perth and Freo, also.

But, hey.

Esp. Perth... historical books in no time, eh?

Can´t wait to be back.
Well, I mean, I can. Won´t be long!

I too prefer the "real" books, just doesn't feel the same reading from Kindle.
I have such a huge collection of books and have difficulty letting go of them!

I had a hard time, too - and some I really cannot let go. Even though I likely never re-read them... do you?

Yup me too.. real books for sure! Every now and then, not often ☺ I try to put some in a box to give to a fundraising book sale or something, but not too many get away ☺☺
