Hmmmm, don´t these look soooo good?
Childhood-yum, I tell ya!
Mum went into the woods with me at around age two and got some wood-strawberry-plants to plant in the garden.
Years and years we enjoyed these, they took over one side of the garden and a couple of years ago I took some to our home.
This is the very first year they grow in masses!
So sad Mum can´t see (and taste) this!
You do not chew, you press them with your tongue.
This, well this you can have the same way, kinda:
Yummy chicken grilled by Ingo, so yum! So very dry it falls apart (I do disagree with Jamie Oliver here, can´t have it dry enough!).
Sadly Ingo can´t have it since it´s done with oil :-(
Any ideas how to do it without?
We buy it just raw, I do the seasoning myself...

Oh there has to be a way to roast without oil Iris, Google it, you can find anything in Google ☺ looks so good, what did Ingo have instead? The strawberries look so sweet and delicious 🍓🍓
I´ll ask Mr google then, Grace :-) Ingo loves his boring old sausages...
They are very sweet, those wood strawberries, but a sweetness I like and hope for many more!
Strawberries are usually so tasty ...hope you can enjoy more soon.
