I´m Not Haiku

Yesterday the sun didn´t show once, nor did rain.
But, see title, this is not me:

A Chilly Winters Grey Skied Day
Today the clouds met
For a long boring meeting
So I stayed indoors

Haiku Donna

I did venture out and about and found loads of colors outside.

And I don´t know what these people do right, but look:

And what do we have in Hagenring:

What kind of stories might they tell each other?

I did walk. And did some indoor training, too.

I can say, I´m back on track, I guess, despite the poor meals, even.
Just to keep myself motivated - came telly-time I had managed 475% of my daily programme (I used to pick when I still had to sit 8 hours on my butt).
This makes 40364 steps , 25.5 km and burned 2927 calories.

But maybe that was also frustration about the "food" - no reaction from my ear´s side yet... I keep going.
At least not all was grey :-)
Or rather: I do like grey weather, too (usually).

I love the haiku. A huntsman is a spider in Australia, a big one.

Huhhh, no spiders, please! ;-)
It´s a form of poetry strange to me - but for sure unlike Donna I go outside in such a weather :-)

You didn't do over 40,000 steps in one day did you Iris! 😱

I did, too, Grace :-)
The full Soost-program twice, too. Plain rice and pure water is a frustrating thing, LOL! You should try it! :-)

If I'm right, this is your last day on rice and water. Glad you could get out and walk, even if it is cold and gray. I loved those flowering pansies in pots!

Sadly no, Jeanie - Saturday brekkie and lunch, then I´m done with this stupid diet.
Yes, the pots suit the building!

The red bike is quite unusual.

You find it easily in the mass :-)
