It´s Not Autumn (Yet)

Oh, my goodness.
It was a cloudy day.
29C, though, yet some people were wearing long trousers and even jackets!

My... therapist ... said she´d seen it, too and it´s ridiculous, it´s not autumn (yet).

Some raindrops fell - SUMMER-raindrops, WARM, and some people took brollies.
I (short-sighted) enjoyed (I had a brolly with me, too, in case, but, hey, this was fab to feel! And I accepted the drops on my glasses for the fun.)

And she said I look terrible, the meds aren´t working for me (apart from the bad side-effects to which T said that´s like a round circle, a "bad side-effect"), LOL.

T... he does not only feel invisible but that his life is uneventful, "sad but true".
Now I DO worry.

Soon I´m off to the new doc and will talk it through with her what to do next.

I woke up with every muscle active.
That´s not exactly what the med is supposed to do (it was scary).

I think the next might not be the meds but the next stage in life.
My body feels hot, hot, hot, though my therapist (Ingo´s age) says the heaat does not stay for so long as in my case.
Advice anyone?

Finally another Lion of the day (guess I´m getting better already, health-wise)...

Glad you will sort the problems out with your Doctor about the meds not working for you.
Next stage of life - luckily I never got hot flushes, I read somewhere that the reason could be because I eat (mostly) gluten free. The only thing that affects me is not sleeping well, but that varies too, as sometimes I do sleep quite well.

Hm, thank you, I´ll google about gluten free eating!
Sleep, yes, that is awful, too.

Sometimes it takes a while to get the medication right Iris. I had to change my blood pressure tabs twice before I got the right ones. Hang in there and stay positive xox
