But what a motive in these days!
Employees who tell the truth at VW get fired and it shows up in the news.
My first car ride in 1972 (not that I remember) was in such one.
Mum´s "flip-over" in snow in the 60´s... a Käfer, too.
Dad... Käfer.
Everyone had one!

A cute one Iris. When we lived in Germany, the first car we bought was an 18 year old VW. We still managed to sell it a few years later without losing money. I think it would probably be a collector's item, lol.
