Wednesday´s Words On A Friday

This week's words/prompts are:
1. variable 2. looking 3. sometimes 4. quite 5. define 6. colourful
and/or:
1. tried 2. song 3. honest 4. mood 5. answer 6. favourite

Braunschweig, for a change, 2002.
My dear colleague S asked me to go out with colleague T who just got divorced and was very sad, plus had his daughter with him.

OK then. We went to a pub, that T and I. It was quite loud there, well define loud but you had to "yell".
It´s not only sometimes the following happens to me, rather quite often even.
How my day had been, he asked whilst a song was blaring.
The moment I wanted to answer "a colleague used wrong variables and all in all gave me..." the music ended and into the silence I yelled "SHIT#Y CODE!"
In German it sounds like "Kot" which is usually dog-poo.
We were the only IT-guys, imagine how the people were looking at us...

Another time  I was at the butcher in a grocery store.
I got what Ingo wanted and then mine. It was at COVID-times, a glass panel between us and there was the usual announcement, mask, distance etc and USUALLY it ends at other stores with a thank you. Not so there, so, as the butcher-lady did not understand I yelled that I want... sudden silence "TWO BREASTS". Ups. To be honest, the others laughed, of course. A good thing in that panic-mood... We tried to take it all with humor.

It´s usually my favorite thing to use all the words in this colourful world 😁

The code I speak of is like the one in first pic - no structure, elements not needed etc...
And yes, two posts again - for a face and some smiles just scroll down 😀

...I'm glad that someone understands this coding stuff, I sure don't.

This I hardly understand, it´s not formatted!!!
Other it´s pretty easy (before blogger got the hiccups I preferred to work in that mode... Now... it´s a pain).

Love the colours in the second picture.

Your understanding misunderstanding stories were funny. 🤣 Enjoy the weekend.

I've seen a few of those stories people create and they are brilliant. I don't seem to work that way. You created a great story using all the words. I am also not fond of html coding, but you seem comfortable with it. In fact, I've never gotten the tags to work when leaving a comment.

Elizabeth, all this really happened. I am not creative enough for "tales" or such stories River can come up with, sadly!
This code is shit#y!
You can read it way better when it´s structured and when I work with it I do it like this:
In editor mode I write "XXX" where I want my code (e.g. having a video in the middle), then switch to HTML code, Strg F > XXX and put my code in there, easy-peasy :-)

In comments it´s as easy, the opening tag is like written in blogger. You want something bold use the letter b in < > add your text and end with the b in , for linking you are not allowed to give a target, you have to overwrite the comment-window. Don´t ask me why.

Blogger is dumb - ending tags come in "<" "letter" "/" ">"
By golly - this is the third try too explain cause blogger always DOES it and you don´t see the explanation!

I would never be able to make sense of that code. I like your story! So awkward when there is suddenly silence so everyone hears you. I like colourful Henry.

Embarrassing I would use, but in the end, some laughed and making people laugh is always a good thing, right?
The code is actually really easy, just not in the unstructured way blogger presents it!
I can not read that, either/am too lazy to do it. Nonesense they did! Before it was much better.
But I also cannot comment on so many blogs since their "update"...
"Never change a running system", right...

Haddock, it shows the temperatures of the body parts :-)
It´s from my Einstein-calendar.

CJ, yes, I have a "talent" for that, it seems. But making people laugh is good, if by "accident"!
