Monday, Monday, meetings. Late lunch aka brunch.
This is for Tom, who reminds us it´s National Quesadilla Day!
Friday, after I got stuck for 2+ hours with a new female colleague, chatting, went to the former Taco-Guys for burgers... place closed 😢
Went home hungry.
And today... opened the freezer for the last Quesadilla!
Burrito is still waiting there, also!

Quesadillas have a National Day? NEAT! Which nation -- the US? Mexico? Germany? We eat them often because it's so fast and easy to make them; all you need is a tortilla and a slice of cheese and maybe some salsa or veggies.
A very good book is Quesadillas: A Novel by Juan Pablo Villalobos. In it, quesadillas are the food of poverty, and sometimes their mother just writes "cheese" on a tortilla because that's all she has to give them.
best, mae at maefood.blogspot.com
I'm fond of cheese, so I think I love Quesadille. But never tried
...you don't say!
Happy quesadilla day! I guess you are not a chatter haha.

Are you the person who also sells reading-time?

Christine, all eaten up!
Seems delicious!
Oh yummmmm.
I love quesadillas with tomatoes, onions and jalpenos.
I love quesadillas too. I could eat one right now.
Never tried that.
not even sure exactly what a Quesadilla is, but by the descriptions here it's like a sandwich but made with a tortilla and veggies with cheese. I might see if I can find a copy of that book.
I had two on Saturday. Fast and delicious.
I tried to buy the Quesadilla book but it is not available for kindle here, only real paper book for $37! That's too much money.
