Peu À Peu - Don´t Worry So Much
Ingo is off meds.
And feels good.
His Bro is a radiologist and certainly a good help, also in doing research.
Ingo´s condition was not stable - it´s said for three, not six months you treat it!
The meds he got... oh my, dangerous!
Who´s fault is it, the hospital´s, our doc´s? Who cares - thanks to Ingo´s Bro, aka M, all will hopefully turn out fine - everything else would´ve been life-threatening, or rather was already!
I asked M what I can tell doctors if something happens whilst we´re in Perth?
I said I have trouble in German already, I need to translate it to English and learn the words - I mean... I´d be totally nervous, if something happens.
M: Don´t worry so much! If something happens the doctors very likely cannot help properly anyways.
If Ingo dies, he dies, at least he´s had a fun life.
Make sure you have proper insurance for a lying transport back home.
Dunno.
On one hand he is totally right.
The pancreas is near to gone - and still, living properly, more or less, Ingo can go without meds even, mostly.
On the other hand... I.Do.Worry.
Yes, I said best way to go is like Udo Jürgens did - for oneself, that is, and at age 80.
Fact is: I have to accept how it is and maybe I really should stop worrying - it doesn´t change a thing anyways. I´ll try.
And have in mind you can have a car accident/stroke/whatever every day anyways - right?
So back to preparations for Perth, huh?
Passport and money are checked now, too, see pic above (money in the background: Wedding-pressies! We still did not manage to take it!).
Getting colder over here again and the news show pics from NSW, awww poor koalas... Bush-fires are frightening - will the danger be over when we arrive? Fire is my biggest fear...
But I´m not to worry so much, right?
Hope you all in Perth stay safe!

So good to hear Ingo is better Iris.. fringe festival starts in a few weeks :)
Yes, Ingo said he feels even better today, phew. Is that a film-festival? We´ve been to the cinema last time in 2008! Oh, but we plan to go Sat or Sun...
Wow! Australian money!! Worrying won't make anything happen or not happen - but if you have a description of Ingo's medical condition, maybe you can get it translated into English? Then if you have to go to the Doctor, you can just show the paper. Good luck!
We´ll bring the dvd with the latest data from the MRI and other I can only say the pancreas is near to gone and that maybe he suffers from pulmonary embolism, but no one is sure... But you are right, too - worrying does not help!
