Sunday I watched Löwenzahn, Die Maus and then.. the fairy tale was crap.
I switched to another program - GREAT fairy tales!
The second was Cinderella and I was sad I had to leave - but I wanted to visit the Mumme-Mile once more and GLAD I DID!!!!
At first I went to Weiss and got the best Calendar for journaling, I fell in love!
I brought my own to show what I want and the sales lady picked the first (that I bought) and showed me four other.
Happy-happy me left the store with ...
"imagine".

Usually I wait till mid-January till calendar-prices fall. But...I just had a feeling.

It´s always a rush. Christmas-items in September make me sick and calendars for the following year are availble come June.
Why the rush, why not live in the moment?
Imagine we could enjoy every day and see it as a pressie (minus the crap ones), huh?

I haven't seen any new year calendar yet. Maybe in the store but I haven't been out shopping yet. Love cover for 2023 calendar.

You're absolutely right, Iris. It is better to live in the now. Here also calendars everywhere, but I must admit, I also bought one myself. I already have a few appointments that I have to remember, in January and February. We celebrate Sinterklaas here on December 5 and that includes peppernuts. They were already in the store at the end of July. Ridiculous

Calendars are coming out now, but it's been years since I last bought one.
Reckon you have it all online then.
If you waited they probably wouldn't have such a nice one in stock. I like it and look forward to your drawings that will fill it next year.

That's a nice looking journal, love the cover. I have a perpetual wooden calendar that I bought off an artist.

I like the 2022 journal cover. I don't buy journals, I get wall calendars to hang on the wall. A journal would take up table space and I don't have much of that. At first I thought you bought one with John Lennon on the cover.
I seldom buy calendars now - if I do, it is usually at the sales in January. Use my phone instead :)

Margaret, I admit... I wouldn´t know how to use my Smartphone for that, also I need WiFi for using it...
I bought my 2023 calendar yesterday, too. They were hard to come by last year after and even now the selection wasn't as good as I hoped but I found some with some beautiful botanicals that will also be good to practice art with!
