From the Lion City - see here... and NEW: here!!!
And finally....
I LOVE the Rizzi house! That small red door is just about my size. The lamp in the Magni is nice. Your town is very pretty.
Thank you, yes we have some nice corners here! :-)Quarter Magni is special as in not much destroyed in WW II. Most of the inner part was totally bombed and hence has some ugly houses as they needed spaces for people quick.
...what a mix of architecture, thanks for taking me around town for the tour. Let's do it again.
Am at it, Tom.
Love your town. Do take us around more often please.
Charming photos of the town!
What a wonderful tour, love the Rizzi house. I imagine lots of people stop and take photos of that place.
magiceye, will try to - sadly now the nasty half of the year starts soon...____Christine, yes, I thought it´s worth sharing.____Bill, yes - but it´s as crazy inside - I would not want to work in there (you can peek through the windows).
The Happy House makes me happy just looking at the photo :)
I love that Happy House, Iris.
Divers and Sundry, that was the architect´s (and my) intention :-)____RedPat, it sure is happily different.
No wonder the building is called happy, I can see why
Very nice to see parts of your town. Nice pic of Ingo!
Amy, yes, even on a rainy day :-)____Bertiebo, yes to both. A happy (rare) summer´s day!
You have some wonderful and quirky architecture in your town!
The Rizzi house is so fun and the red door charming. You have such a cool town
Spare Parts and Pics, yes, Quarter Magni was only slightly hit in WW II!____CJ, Braunschweig has some great corners (as some very ugly ones, as likely every town?).
That house is so cool. Were you able to go inside? Hugs-Erika
Your town is so charming, Iris. I can see why you love it!
Erika, sadly no, but I could peek in - as crazy as from the outside. No idea if I could work in that (it´s an office place). Hugs and to happiness!____Jeanie, yes to that!
That ivy grows well.
