The weather was nasty. Cold and I saw this too late!
We crossed the street and waited till the next green light was on so I could take a proper pic for you!
This was in Hanover last Wednesday.
K was happy to not have to take care of me (her partner is handicapped in more than one way) and I was happy to have a calm, patient person by my side - win-win!!!

We have but the "boring, normal" ones.

In GDR/East Germany they looked like this:

And yes. That sign is likely as old as I am... looks 1970-ish, no? In my mind I am 30 max! 18? Not 51!!! Oh. Do the math.
BUT! If I was 18 now (I know I am allowed to drive a car (can do this since age 14)) - I would´ve missed so much I am so happy I had experienced!!!

Ours are little stick figures. The 70s doesn't seem like that long ago, and yet I'm old 🤣 That proves how long ago it was.
