Open End

Looks like a shi#ty day, huh.
Maybe we go to Wilhelmshaven today.
Maybe not.

It is Ingo´s Birthday.
We didn´t talk since Sunday.

I´ll pack for in case.

It is nobody´s fault.

I think with time things can go wrong.
He works too much. Goes to bed early ... ummm... sofa.... we have no life no more. I am sick of it.
I do work too much, too, but in my case....

He is 100% safe. He is the star, the king in his company.

Me? I might lose my job. Again. They tell me not to worry, but I worry a lot.
fK said she wants to keep me till retirement. That would be at least 15 more years.
Fifteen.

I should go and play lotto.

I feel so small.
I mean... I AM small, (LOL), that is not the real problem, I can ask people for help if I cannot reach items in a store high up.
But when  your ego goes down as much as mine....

A "new" year in Ingo´s life.

I will put on the work-PC,2 minutes late now...

 Henry 🦁 sends Granpa Max...

Yes, Max.
Or... no?
I´ll stand in the street. Maybe a holiday, maybe not. Who knows...

I had years when I was working for the phone company when I had soooo much forced overtime hours. I also had a long drive commute to work too, and at home we raised exotic birds to sell to pet shops and breeders of birds so that added to my long work days as well.
we got through it Hugs you will too thinking of you both

Do you still have a bit of work with the company? Maybe things will get better there. Are there other places you can apply for work?

First, before I forget, happy birthday to Ingo. I hope it is a good day for you BOTH. It's pretty clear from the feedback that you are getting that you are valued and appreciated for your work, so hold onto that and let that boost your confidence. Layoffs can always happen at any time and place but you have a supervisor or leader who wants to keep you and that counts for a whole lot. I understand the overworking. There are never easy answers but I hope you can find a way to strike a balance that will work for you.

Oh no Iris. Keep your chin up and think positive. It's hard sometimes not to let negativity over take all the good things. Smile and let the good feeling over take you, OK? hugs-Erika

You are a good worker, believe in yourself and I'm sure if the boss is also happy with your work you'll be safe. Hope the trip to Wilhelmshaven went ahead xx not such good weather 😞

What a glamerous lady even with the glasses. I hope everything becomes clearer for you soon. You sound a bit down today. You can only do your best. Sending hugs Angela xXx

She looks very glamorous even wearing glasses. And I think you're right about that style coming back in, but I don't think I'll be wearing them as they remind me of what my mother wore when she was very old. Sad, funny but also true. Although maybe I should wear them as a tribute to mom. Have a great start to your weekend. hugs-Erika

Oh dear. So many worries, and I am sure the weather isn't helping. Marriage can be a rocky road sometimes. Ingo may not realize how deep the stress and worry you are having is right now. Sending good vibes your way. And I will talk to Mother Nature about sending you some sunshine, dear Iris.
