Today I join Rain´s Thursday Art and Dinner Date with "Clouds".
Maybe with... a broken foot, oh, sorry, sketchy-girl...
Watching a good movie? Luckily I bought a cheap, yet fancy Popcorn-machine....
... and for "Night At The Museum" I made myself this:
The series:
"Are these the worst decisions in history?
Filling the Hindenburg with hydrogen
The LZ-129 Hindenburg was originally intended to be filled with non-flammable helium gas. However, helium is more expensive than hydrogen, which was ultimately used for cost reasons. The problem is that hydrogen is highly flammable. As the Hindenburg attempted to land at Lakehurst Airfield in New Jersey on May 6, 1937, the hydrogen ignited, and the massive airship crashed to the ground in flames."
What is your fav movie(s)? I cannot pick only one...

Favourite movie? It's impossible to pick just one.
I remember hearing about the Hindenberg. "no-one" makes microwave popcorn, she buys it in a bag, (gets the buttered flavour one) and her microwave has a "popcorn" setting so it always comes out just right. The bag is almost flat and expands as the corn pops inside it, but be careful opening it as the steam is hot. Probably that isn't available in Germany?
Too much to watch, to "flee" into from, say, 3C (your Jamaica is waiting for me!!!). Yes, we do have that popcorn, too, but this one is much cheaper. Also here they only have sugar or salt, boring! That, and way too much for one person (Ingo does not like this).
I saw a YouTube-movie with a cat watching how popcorn is made the way I do it.... fun (for a human, the cat was clueless, but kept watching and jumping!).
...Iris, stay on "Cloud Nine!"
Oh popcorn. YUMMY! But hold the butter please. :) It sounds like a good time to me. hugs-Erika
Many Of The 1970's Movies Could Be Classified As A Favorite - But I Just Watched A Movie By The Name Of Dog - Not A Favorite By Any Means But Entertaining For Sure - The Other Movie Recently That Cracked Me Up Was The Thought Of Him - Let Me Percolate My Favorite Movie List And See If I Could Possibly Fabricate A Top 10
Big Hugs ,
Cheers
LOVE popcorn! And don't ask me to pick a favorite -- I could only come up with -- well, at least 10!
I love popcorn, Iris. Can't pick a favourite movie - too many.
Cute cloud art Iris and love popcorn!
Love popcorn, we put some chili powder on our, adds a nice kick to it. Too many movies to pick a favourite.
Pick a favourite movie! There's too many to pick one.
I like your cloud art.
All the best Jan
... Can´t do, Tom, sun will be out soon ;-)
As kid I hated butter. Now... yum? Either way, to good times, hugs!
I saw... well, it was the 1950´s rather, The Fly. It was so boring I had to stop! But 70´s... Rocky Horror Picture Show! Cheers to that! With big hugs!
To popcorn and movies!
As long as we have enough popcorn, not a problem, RedPat!
Thank you and let us munch away!
Chili sounds good, too (as long as nothing sweet...!).
Luckily too many good movies!
Do you have your own copy of Rocky Horror? I have a spare, want it?
