This is what greeted me yesterday morning.
Darn it, it´s Spring!
Thankfully Ingo had a day off...
It´s an icky mess, too warm for "real" snow.
Another joke? Sure, why not.
Sitting and all I can do is eat at "work". Neither ESE nor Alstom give me instructions or material to learn about the job.
They knew I sit, have systems ready... not funny.
So....
Thanks to the snow there is not even a TV-signal.
And in this weather I sure don´t want to visit the Portikus, nice to have a pic, though:
Other... read that Ukraine got some land back. Those guys fight hard...

I just saw the news about Ukraine on my TV. Yay!! So glad they are getting Irpin back, I saw the road bridge collapsed to stop the Russians advancing. They fight so hard for their country and all we can do is hope and pray for them.
We had snow, too. About as much as yours. Sorry you are just waiting. I am so glad I have cable about now. I like my tv, especially when I am seeing info on Ukraine or watching Zelenskyy talk. I was glad to see the helicopter pilots who blew up those gas storage tanks in Russia returned to Ukraine before they were even spotted or missed. Of course, that information can neither be confirmed or denied (grin, grin, wink, wink). And the people in Mariupol, are saying they will fight until the very last person is killed. Brave indeed.
River, yes, they DO fight. But I really fear if Putin doesn´t drop dead he will fight till he wins, just to get his ego back...
Little men... just look at Hit#er, he destroyed it all - what does one want with totally ruined land?

Elizabeth, yes, cable is good, but this way we also get CNN and all for free!
Those men are so brave - as the women who had to leave them behind, knowing they never learned the job of being a soldier...
No one likes war. Hope it will end soon.
...we had snow snow yesterday!
This year winter is hanging on here too. No snow, but really cold not spring like temperatures at all. And I've been reading and listening to the news about Ukraine. I (like Elizabeth) was glad to see they actually went after Russia a bit. Why not It is not a one sides affair as Putin seems to think. Have a great weekend Iris. Hugs-Erika
Global warming is serious!
It's so cold here. I know it can't last forever. But it's awfully disappointing.
Yay for Ukraine. But I think it will be a long haul.
Spring can be so cruel. In 1997, we had a freak blizzard that dropped 2 feet of snow! Not funny at all.
Nancy, I fear Putin will fight till he drops dead. His tiny ego wants this :-(

Tom, yikes.

Erika, this tiny egao-man needs to get destroyed. I never thought I´d say such words, but now I do!
Thanks we are (still) safe -so... to a great weekend, hugs!

magiceye, it´s plain crazy weather indeed. But I remember 1978 we built a snow-Easter-bunny!
____
Jeanie, trees are starting to bloom despite the cold! :-)
I fear Putin will fight till his tiny, icky, small, sad ego has had it´s sad "victory"...

CJ... snow-bunny Easter 1978... Eeek (we had fun back then, being but kids).
No snow but lots of rain yesterday.
It is sunny here today but I think we will see snow again before April is over.
Bill, I still have your song, Rainy Day People, as my fav here :-)
Lucky you!

RedPat, oh no....
Snow is a wonderful thing.
As usual, it sounds like Winter is trying to hold on just a little longer - but keep smiling, Spring will win and it will be Summer before you know it :)
William, I´ll happily give it all to you!

Margaret, oh, I hope! 2 months, 2 weeks, 4 days says my summer-ticker!
The breakfast looks good. I normally only have a coffee in the morning for mine, I'm just not that hungry at that time of morning.
