Do!

So... smile! The weather is icky, but I try my best.

Start the day healthy...

Work (as much as you can... still much on hold).

I baked cookies from hell and make them a bit mild now adding more cheese.
Yay to the microwave!

After seemingly talking nonesense from my side....

"do you see the 't'?! what does this mean?!!!"
"What 't', I don´t see a 't'!"
"Here, screenshot, THAT 't'!!!"
"I see no 't'!"
... we found  out my left monitor is just cracking up a bit, I can  - literally! - ignore that!

Really in over 20 years I never had a 't'!
Did you? 🤣

Teamleader was ... well. I did not hear a thing but two messages he will call me, which he did not.
Reckon his heart and mind are breaking upon the ongoing war in his home, Ukraine. I left him by himself and 3 colleagues took care - actually 4!

One was a very sweet old lady, aged 17, black and white and she meowed like real  loud, awww 😻 - her Papa is a nice guy and will give me loads of work and also told me to lie.
"Never!!! Admit you speak French - other they will refuse to speak English to you!"

D´accord  🤣

So far since yesterday I´m translating an emergency plan for firefighters / Tram Frankfurt from English to German.
You might think, hey, easy for a native German. And also one who has a firefighter at home. He is no use at all, LOL.
And surprisingly it´s tough! All those railway words are new to me. And tram is more different.
Wish me luck. Or... the firefighters.
Or... let´s hope those trams never get into trouble in the first place!

Had a chit chat with P and T after work, fun times.

Henry 🦁

"I want no break - I want an end, as everybody does 🌻💙💛".
We want the ultimate answer.

It would be much better if the Trams never got into trouble, but things can and do go wrong, so your translation will be needed and helpful.
Good advice about the French.
I see nothing unhealthy about melted cheese, it's delicious and cheeses is good for you. Just don't eat too much at once :)

River, yes to all, especially on the last words, LOL, that is the difficult part!
Oh, reckon French people have the same reputation all over in the world... poor guys!

Translation would be tough. I sure couldn't do it. What a pretty bush that is. Spring is coming your way.

The bush is a beauty. I don't understand the t either. What does the colour matter for the t?

Iris Flavia said...

Jeanie, fun post to that tomorrow, I laughed very hard today!

____

Bill, it just means some pixels are missing on the monitor - they are broken and make it look like a "t", LOL!

It sounds like the new job will be fine.
I am doing an experiment dish for supper thanks to your examples of doing what sounds good to you. I hope it turns out.

RedPat, WOW - please keep me updated - I´ll let my Brother know, if you agree. He was allowed to learn to cook and I bet he would be excited I followed, if years and years later (he´s 5 1/2 years younger than me).

That is a very different breakfast than I think of breakfast. It was like that in Japan. Even what they served as an American breakfast. But it is healthy, and I bet it does taste good. Hope your firefighter translation went OK. hugs-Erika

Your breakfast looks like my main meal of the day. Had to laugh at the extra T. You have to learn the lingo specific to each job before you can translate it, Good luck dear.

Iris Flavia said...

Spare Parts and Pics, thank you very, very much. Wish my Mum would be around to read your comment - she always called me a pessimist...

____

Margaret, I had help, also as: "In case the firefighters just break in, they have tools!"

____

Padre, cheers, let´s smile!

____

Erika, in Japan, oh, interesting! Yes, firefighters have tools for in case I failed, I was told ;-) Hugs from here and hopefully no firefighters needed!

____

Elizabeth, I agree, check today´s post for a good laugh!!
